About this maze
An egg-shaped maze for children aged about 6 to 9, a step up from our easy Easter egg: the corridors are narrower and the dead ends are longer. It takes five to ten minutes and makes a good Easter basket filler, a Sunday school activity or a quiet task while the egg hunt is being set up.
What’s in the PDF
- Page 1: the egg-shaped maze (20 × 23 grid, 282 cells), with Start and Finish marked by arrows.
- Page 2: the solution, a red path 104 cells long.
- Black and white, US Letter with 18 mm margins, so it also prints on A4 at 100 % scale.
Tip: Try solving it backwards from the finish: the bottom of the egg has fewer branches, so the last part of the route is quick to find.
