About this maze
A maze shaped like a six-armed snowflake, for children aged about 8 to 12. You enter at the tip of the top arm, cross the centre and leave at the bottom arm, and the side arms are full of tempting dead ends. It suits a snow-day activity, a winter classroom packet or a January puzzle corner.
What’s in the PDF
- Page 1: the snowflake-shaped maze (24 × 24 grid, 252 cells), with Start and Finish marked by arrows.
- Page 2: the solution, a red path 76 cells long.
- Black and white, US Letter with 18 mm margins, so it also prints on A4 at 100 % scale.
Tip: Every arm connects to the centre through a single gap. Find the gap in the top arm and the gap in the bottom arm, then only the middle is left to solve.
